NORTHWOLD INVESTMENTS is looking for a Service Leader who will be responsible for all aspects of leadership, tactical implementation of business programs, and management of all operational issues. The Service Leader will work closely with the Operations Manager to develop strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and expand the pipette business for specific segments.
- Manage entire sales cycle from pre-sales discussion with customers to post-sales support.
- Ability to support and respond efficiently to customer's request for technical inquiries, quotations.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
What You Need to Succeed
- High achievement motivation is critical – as indicated by having a strong focus on results, being disciplined and well organized, holding people accountable and seeking challenges and thriving on accomplishments.
- Demonstrates an open flexible and adaptive leadership style.
- The position requires the equivalent of at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, e.g. service management, business, Chemical Engineering, Lab Technology etc. and/ or 5 years of service operations experience within the industry.
